Sasha is a Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist. Her areas of special interests are emotional difficulties, challenges in all types of relationships, e.g., friendships, partnerships and family relationships, health issues, cultural and social challenges, complex trauma, and experiences related to sexual and gender identity.
Sasha's path to private practice was guided by the chance to work meaningfully with people on their journey through life.
Sasha values trust and understanding in the therapeutic relationship, bringing curiosity, perspective, kindness, and courage to their work with clients.
The last book she finished and really enjoyed was 'When Nietzsche Wept', Irvin Yalom.
