Happy International Women’s Day💙

International Women’s Day is about recognising and celebrating the incredible contributions women make in our communities, workplaces and everyday lives. Today we’re proud to celebrate the amazing women of our clinic.

From Physiotherapy, to Remedial Massage to Podiatry and the friendly faces on reception, these women support our patients and each other every single day. They also help keep our community moving through seniors exercise classes and yoga, encouraging people of all ages to stay active, strong and healthy.

Their care, dedication and energy are a huge part of what makes our clinic such a special place for both our team and our patients 💙

✨ BIG NEWS FOR GWH ✨

We’re thrilled to share that after decades in the beloved “old house behind Coles”, we’ve officially outgrown our space… and we’re SO excited to share what’s next.

We’ve secured a brand-new Main Street location, right next to Paull’s Mowers in Richmond. It’s literally just across the carpark, so you won’t have far to go!

Expect the same team and the same patient-focused care.. just a bigger, buzzing clinic that lets us do even more for you 💙

We can’t wait to take you along for the ride as the build continues and share progress updates along the way 🛠️

‼️NOTE: All appointments will continue at our Francis St location for now. Our incredible tradies need a few months to get the new space primed and perfect!

An excellent community event to test your fitness and have some fun! A few of our team members are known to frequent this event & absolutely love it! (And the post run coffee and pie is pretty great too😎)

Happy Australia Day! 🇦🇺🐨

Here’s a little snapshot of how the GWH team celebrated their Australia Days with their families, in the sunshine, camping, beaching, eating beautiful food and sharing some drinks together. One lucky staff member had a layover on her way back from Nepal✈️😂

However you celebrated today, we hope you had a great day and we will see you back in clinic tomorrow!

🎄 That’s a wrap on 2025 🎄

We are now officially closed for the year as of 5pm today (23rd Dec) and will be reopening Monday, 5th January 2026. We are looking forward to spending some well earned rest time with our family!

We won’t be in clinic during this time, but for anything urgent please email or call and leave a voicemail — so we can attend to as soon as we return.
