The last series of of our Quiet Mind Open Heart winter meditation series.

Series 4 focuses on the advanced levels of Yoga in Daily Life’s Self Inquiry Meditation.

Suited for all who have done the previous series this year or the past 2 years or have at least a year of experience in daily meditation with a mantra.

Practices include:

🪷 linking the breath and mantra with each chakra, supporting steady, balanced energy flow.

🪷 connecting inward—to that quiet, grounded space within—and deepen our sense of connection with ourselves, with others, and with something greater.

🪷 strengthening our relationship with our Higher Self, reflect on our own unique path in life, and be present in a space of clarity, peace and alignment.

It has been a month since returning from our week retreat in Ubud, Bali.

We’re going again in 2026 and people have already booked! Dates are 4 - 11 July, 2026.

It was so nice

☀️ so nice to wake with the sunrise and move in silence to the yoga shala

☀️ so nice to gather as strangers and leave as friends

☀️ so nice to explore some of the teachings of yoga in a way that felt practical, grounded and relevant.

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most — your inner peace, clarity, and presence.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or nurturing a long-standing practice, this retreat provides a nourishing rhythm of simplicity and spaciousness.

The meditation sessions are designed to be comfortable and approachable. You won’t be sitting for long hours in discomfort. Instead, we’ll gently build the practice over time plus incorporate a variety of meditative experiences. The focus is on ease, presence and a gradual deepening of awareness.

Series 3 focuses on

👁️ Agya Chakra - third eye
In the Agya Chakra, the development of our wisdom and humanity is completed and we reach the bridge to Divine Consciousness. Agya filters and controls all our feelings and thoughts with a sense of responsibility and wisdom, so we are free and independent in choosing correctly and making the right decisions.

🌙 Bindu Chakra - moon centre
Bindu Chakra is the source of ambrosia, the fountain of eternal youth, vitality, health and creativity, one of the most mysterious and remarkable energy centres in the human body.

👑 Sahasrara Chakra - the crown
Sahasrara Chakra at the top of the head is the ‘crown center’. When our consciousness reaches this destination, we experience unity of the knower, knowledge and object of knowledge. It is the source of Light that resembles the brilliance of the sun. In the same way the radiance of all other Chakras fades before the incomparable radiance of the Sahasrāra Chakra.
