TERM 2 HAS STARTED //
Last night we returned for Term 2 of our yoga and meditation classes and I asked the class a simple question: what do you need from your practice right now?
I always try to shape each session around the real, human needs in the room. One student asked, “Are there any techniques for having no energy?”
The answer was yes 👏 and we explored that together.
What’s interesting is that the practice itself didn’t look dramatically different. But where we place our focus can completely shift what we receive. With the right intention, even familiar movements can become energising, restorative and deeply supportive.
After class, that same student told me she felt like a completely different person! That maybe all she needed was a good yoga class 🎉
That’s the quiet power of an intentional, mindful practice. It brings us back into balance physically, mentally and energetically.
