We warmly invite you to join us for a truly special experience — our upcoming Silent Meditation Retreat featuring guest yogi Swami Madhuram Puri.

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most — your inner peace, clarity, and presence.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or nurturing a long-standing practice, this retreat provides a nourishing rhythm of simplicity and spaciousness.

The meditation sessions are designed to be comfortable and approachable. You won’t be sitting for long hours in discomfort. Instead, we’ll gently build the practice over time plus incorporate a variety of meditative experiences. The focus is on ease, presence and a gradual deepening of awareness.

👁️ Agya Chakra - third eye
In the Agya Chakra, the development of our wisdom and humanity is completed and we reach the bridge to Divine Consciousness. Agya filters and controls all our feelings and thoughts with a sense of responsibility and wisdom, so we are free and independent in choosing correctly and making the right decisions.

🌙 Bindu Chakra - moon centre
Bindu Chakra is the source of ambrosia, the fountain of eternal youth, vitality, health and creativity, one of the most mysterious and remarkable energy centres in the human body.

👑 Sahasrara Chakra - the crown
Sahasrara Chakra at the top of the head is the ‘crown center’. When our consciousness reaches this destination, we experience unity of the knower, knowledge and object of knowledge. It is the source of Light that resembles the brilliance of the sun. In the same way the radiance of all other Chakras fades before the incomparable radiance of the Sahasrāra Chakra.

WORKSHOP INSPIRATION //

Workshops give us the gift of focused learning - an immersion into a specific aspect of our yoga journey. Unlike regular classes, they offer concentrated time and space to truly explore and absorb that particular teaching.

This is exactly what our recent Pranayama Workshop offered: a chance to connect with the source of life itself—Prana. 🌬️

As Vishwaguruji reminds us,
“Prana is the source of life, and Pranayama is the divine science of life.”

When we return to our daily practice, we are richer and more aware, inspired to implement what we know will benefit us immensely. 🌱


💨 Some practice tips from the workshop:

• Always breathe in and out through the nose unless otherwise instructed

• Optimum practice time is the early hours of the morning or after sunset

• Do not strain the breath, let it be a similar quality to how it is in sleep - deep, slow, rhythmical, relaxed

• Best on an empty stomach

• No smoking of anything

• Wear natural fibre clothing

• Practice in a clean, peaceful environment

Let your breath be your guide. Let practice be your path.

NEXT GEN YOGIS 🧡 //

Most parents like to attend their yoga class to have space for themselves and self care. But when plan A doesn’t come together then sometimes it’s better to come than not at all and bring that next-gen yogi too!

Children will do what you do more than what you say and this was a beautiful example of a primary school aged child joining an adult class and following Mums lead the whole 90 minutes! Impressive!

At the end I was gifted this ‘thank you’ letter and an origami design.
