A body lift may be considered for those experiencing changes in skin elasticity around the trunk, back, or abdomen. It can also assist with concerns such as skin folds that affect comfort or movement. By addressing these areas, a body lift may help improve mobility and overall ease in daily activities.

Recovery after an abdominoplasty varies from person to person, but it’s important to plan for rest and a gradual return to activity. Most patients need to take time off work, avoid heavy lifting, and wear supportive garments as advised. Regular follow-up appointments with Dr Ek help monitor healing and guide when to safely resume exercise and other activities.

A breast lift and implants can be performed together in one procedure. This approach is often considered when a person would like to both restore shape and also increase size. The lift focuses on repositioning breast tissue, while the implant adds volume. Combining both can mean fewer surgeries and a single recovery period, though it may not be the right choice for everyone. The best plan depends on individual objectives, health, and surgical assessment.
