Hi, my name is Michelle.

I have worked professionally as a Kinesiologist within the Natural Therapy industry for over 10 years. Kinesiology made its first impression on me over 30 years ago when I fell quite ill with the Epstein-Barr virus and a nasty blood infection. Thanks to the combination of both Eastern and Western medicine for my recovery; kinesiology has played an integral part in my life. My other accreditations include Master Reiki Practioner - Teacher, Flower Essence Therapy, Emotional Trauma Release and Aromatherapy. I am always attending ongoing education as I believe my clients should be entitled to receive the best health outcomes
My love of Kinesiology stems from its ability to allow the client to have a new window of understanding on their current health issue. With this new perspective and the appropriate remedies, the body can come into a state of balance and good health. I conduct my Kinesiology consultations from my home in beautiful Ringwood North. Over 75% of all illnesses today are due to stress, I see the utmost importance in maintaining health in all aspects of our lives.

♥️🙌🏽 In TCM, grief is closely connected to the Lungs and the Metal element that rule during the season of Autumn. As such, it can be quite common to face emergent grief during this time of year, when we begin to walk toward the closing of a cycle. Just as the leaves fall, we may find ourselves mirroring nature and taking inventory of our losses or reflecting upon what we’re leaving behind. It will come as no surprise that there is presently also a lot of grief in the collective, as we reckon with a variety of current events involving tremendous loss.
