Hey everyone, I will have evening appointments available Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays between 5-8pm and Saturdays between 10am-4pm for the next four weeks starting Monday 20th April until Saturday 16th May. I will return to normal booking hours from the 18th of May. Thank you all again for trusting me with your bodies and being flexible while I navigate schedule changes across the professional and personal landscape, it's appreciated more than you'll know 🙏💜

Still got a window so I get the sunshine 🥰
Thanks to Lucy for welcoming me into her space over the last few months, letting me reset and build up again at a pace I can maintain 💪 🙏
After some admin bumps and hurdles I am happy to say that HICAPS is up and running 100% with provider numbers for health funds !!!
This week I am working Thursday, Friday and Saturday due to the cup public holiday, as of the 12th November I will be taking appointments Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with Saturdays being open 1-2 weekends a month.

Yes I will work the public holiday! Not just because I constantly forget the existence of public holidays (hello sole trader anyone 😅) but also when your AFL team falls off in the semi-finals why remind yourself what could have been 😆😂

Ya girl has spent a week away resting, resetting, and I'm ready to start fresh in a gorgeous new space provided by in Ringwood. At this stage I will be available for appointments Thursday and Fridays, I can't wait to welcome you here 😀

Those of you who know me know that I'm not one who can sit around and not have something to do. Due to recent events I will not longer be working out of Mitcham, but fear not! I will be back, just with some adjusted days and out of a new space in Ringwood as of the 22nd August, I look forwards to seeing you there!
