Just dropping in for a quick hello. For those of you who don’t know us, we’re Christina (Principal Psychologist) and Amie (Practice Manager), the directors and owners of Felix & Sage.

We’re currently away on a business retreat, taking a step back from the day-to-day of the clinic. It’s given us the chance to pause and reflect on why we do what we do at Felix & Sage.

At the heart of our work is supporting people through life’s challenges, helping them find clarity, and walking alongside them as they take steps forward that matter to them.

We’re so grateful for our incredible team of clinicians and admin staff. Their care, skill, and dedication are what make it possible for us to support every client who comes through our doors. Felix & Sage wouldn’t be what it is without them.

We’re excited to introduce Ying, a clinical psychologist now available at our Ringwood Clinic — and she has appointments open from this Tuesday 27 May!

Ying completed her doctoral training in 2022 and brings a wealth of experience from private practice, tertiary education, and public and community mental health services. She works with adults (18+) and takes a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach.

Ying supports individuals experiencing anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, perfectionism, disordered eating, adjustment stress, and relationship issues. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Ying is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for people from all backgrounds and identities. If you’re ready to take the next step, appointments are available from this week onwards!
