FARC is seeking a Practice Manager to join its fast-paced multi location practices and work alongside a dynamic and cohesive team. The person we are looking for will be:

• Professional, reliable, well presented, and punctual
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve with meticulous attention to detail
• Manage and co-ordinate administration and clinical staff and maintain a high level of performance and improvement throughout the team
• Drive business initiatives for revenue and growth, including assistance with Social Media marketing.
• Manage the day-to-day operations including payroll, patient appointments, billing, scheduling and compliance
• Review and improve practice/business systems to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, high quality services and continuous improvement
• Ensure a high level of patient care and employees’ satisfaction
• Effectively manage complaints and/or incidents ensuring practice procedures are followed
• Must be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach that implements action in a timely manner

Qualification and skills

• 3-5 years within a similar environment, preferably within Allied Health, Dental or General Practice
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
• Excellent computer literacy ensuring practice administration and procedures
• Strong health background.
Experience using Cliniko, HICAPS or Xero software would be advantageous, but all training will be provided.
This is preferably a full-time position located predominantly at our Launceston clinic in Riverside. It can be part-time 25-30 hours for the right candidate.
