When I think about my life, I think of all the ways I’ve shown up for myself and for others.
I look back and smile , what a wild ride it’s been, and I still have I feel I have sooo much to do and accomplish.
From those of you that knew me when I was a menace to society as well as a stubborn ass teen emancipated to the streets at 16.
I wasn’t only book smart but also street smart, that mindset
allowed me the perspective and a real lived life reality check of getting my life in order and getting off the streets, getting sober and out of s**tty relationships into wellness and stability.
I knew from a young age I wanted to help others, I always knew it was my calling.
2011-2013
I was couch surfing to get by as I finished my nursing certificate at summit Career College while working 2-3 jobs.
2013-2017
I had the privilege of working in integrated holistic medicine where most of you know where I got my chiropractic, naturopathic and medical knowledge, what a blessing it was getting my s**t together and going into that side of medicine that gets to the root causes and not the diseased pharma filled traditional one.
2017-2019
I continued to align myself with specific providers and practitioners that helped others heal holistically , mentally physically and emotionally. I had my son in 17’ absolutely pivotal.
2019-2022
I made it out through the pandemic but decided to leave nursing and become a full blown entrepreneur and enhance and use some old/new modalities I knew . It led me to the birth of elevated goddess co and new age holistic wellness.
I helped over 200 people align and feel good with the best versions of themselves. I did this through my reiki energetic , somatic massages , cupping , psychic work and even through sound healing.
2021-2022
I had my daughters back to back, they are 14months apart.
2022-2024
It was time to move forward from the shop and Get my ass back to school. The movement in entrepreneurship felt highly saturated and I wanted to thrive in community work.
