Riverstone Family Medical Practice brings together health workers who all share the same philosophy of health care. Our goal is the provision of a very high standard of care to every one of our patients. We welcome all ages, genders & cultures and thrive on meeting the needs of all as individuals. We welcome you into our team and work with you to set personal health goals and help you achieve them

. We will manage your acute health concerns as needed and work consistently with you over time to manage your chronic conditions. We are a team that is equally skilled in physical and mental health problems, with many of us having extra training and expertise in the myriad of issues that affect men, women and children of all ages. Our care extends beyond the Practice to help you interact effectively with the wider health system. We work with medical and surgical specialists, allied health professionals and community services to improve health outcomes for you and your family. We welcome doctors who are specialising in General Practice and offer a training opportunity that models a high quality of care in order to improve GP care for a much broader group of patients in the future. Our nurses, doctors and administrative staff support each other to be the best that we can be, to be constantly striving to improve.

Riverstone Family Medical Practice is looking for a casual receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team!
Hours: 4–5 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
May suit a mum looking for work during school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception duties: greeting patients, answering calls, managing appointments, taking payments etc.
• Assisting with CDM clinic (Care plans document preparation)

We are looking for someone who:
• Is efficient with computer and typing skills
• Understands or is willing to learn basic clinical terminology
• Delivers excellent customer service and enjoys working in a team
