Happy days for Josh! Throw back to that first time he sat in his new Permobil F5 in August! It’s been a minute since then and Josh is standing higher and driving better than ever. So happy for him to have this mobility device to improve his daily life in so many ways. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with Josh and his family at this stage in his journey to provide a successful outcome with NDIS funding for this powered wheelchair that enables Josh to mobilise and stand independently.

As you can see Paul is pretty stoked with his new wheelchair tailored specifically for his needs. The Fuze T50 manual wheelchair can be dismantled easily to fit into most standard vehicles, has recline, tilt in space, easy attendant propelling and of course comfortable seating! Working with for this chair was easy and we are so happy Paul and his family are enjoying the easy use of this chair.

Josh is pretty happy in his newly funded recliner chair. The Kirton Duo Chair has great supportive features in a lovely design that blends into most home lounge spaces. Complete with lateral supports, adjustable head rest and back filling, foot rest, recline and tilt in space to make home relaxing comfortable and supportive for individuals needing postural support. Now Josh can really settle into his gaming while his posture is supported for longterm health and movement outcomes.
So good to work with John from Hospequip for this one, delivering another happy customer with a comfy seat.

Some serious scribbles! Blue Gum Therapy provides occupational therapy to children with cerebral palsy and developmental delay working on self care, play skills and pre writing skills to develop the ability for self expression and other life skills. Here is a great example of some new found pen freedom sitting with support on the floor using a basic laptop tray for a table. In this instance we have posture support provided by the physiotherapist while we focus on upper limb and head comtrol with the occupational therapist. So happy for Danni with her new Fuze T50N wheelchair. It’s great to see her with her own wheels, tilt in space , recline and customised seating. This attendant propelled wheelchair can be easily taken apart to be transported in the back of a car.

It was a pleasure working with Wild West Wheelchairs to provide Danni with her new freedom.

Sessions are back in swing for the year. Here’s a throw back to December last year with Nathan having a great go at colouring using a make do slope board. We usually use an ikea ipad stand but for larger pictures, a make do solution also works. Sometimes it is the everyday items that work best!
