Our Story

Hi, I’m Ilka, a German qualified physio and massage therapist since 2003.

I offer a variety of specialised massages treatments; from Deep Tissue and Sports massage to Remedial massage.

I have specialised in manual lymphatic drainage and decompression therapy in 2005 and mainly worked with clients after cancer treatment to help reduce lymphedema and post surgery clients to decrease swelling and regain mobility.

Over the years more and more clients came to see me for other reasons as manual lymphatic drainage can help a variety of conditions like Fibromyalgie, Arthritis, Migraines,Stress, Fatigue and Skin conditions.
