Youth Strength and Conditioning class

With lots of interest in this class I have split the session into two groups
5-6pm 10-12 year olds
6-7pm 13-18 year olds

$15/1hour class

Session will run each Wednesday during the school term.

Youth Strength & Conditioning Class – designed to help you develop the fundamentals of strength training, improve your speed, fitness, and overall athletic ability.

Whether you play team sports or just want to move better and feel stronger, this class is the perfect foundation for future success.



📅 When: Wednesdays, starting June 30th
⏰ Time: 1-hour class
💲 Cost: $15 per class

Semi private sessions are max 4 clients
Personalised group sessions/ group sessions tailored to you.

Strong = Strength workout, barbells and Dumbbells, compound movements + accessories to build a well rounded/strong bodies.

Circuit= a good mix or core, heart rate and full body exercises.
