You don’t need to get rid of the second wave. It will come.

The questioning.
The checking.
The “was that right?”

That’s not the problem.

The shift happens when you follow it.

When your attention moves away
from the first moment of intuition
and into the second wave, the left brain.

Because the first moment doesn’t disappear —
you just leave it.

And the more you move into the second wave,
the less clear everything feels.

Not because you’ve lost it.

But because your awareness has shifted.

You don’t need to stop the mind. Acknowledge it, thank it for its efforts. Then…

Stay where you were
before it started.

That’s what brings you back to clarity.

There’s a moment where you feel something clearly…
and then the second wave comes in. The second wave sounds like:

“Was that right?”
“Maybe I made that up…”
“What does that mean?”
Just like these cockatoos, I could feel that the timing of seeing these guys was significant, but I could have just as quickly dismissed that feeling.
Most people trust the second wave.

But the second wave is usually the mind.

The first moment — before that —
is where awareness was clean.

Not louder.
Not more dramatic.
Just… clear.

And the moment the second wave comes in,
awareness shifts.

You don’t need to fight it.
You don’t need to stop it.

Just start noticing it.

The first moment matters more than the explanation.

That’s where this work begins.

It’s not often you see someone lowering their prices — especially right now.

But over the past little while, things have shifted for me. I’m no longer holding the cost of a physical space… and that created an opening.

And truthfully, this is something I’ve felt really guided to do.

To make this work more accessible.

Because at the heart of it, this has never been about keeping things exclusive.
It’s about connection.
It’s about people feeling less alone.
It’s about being able to reach for support when you need it — and actually be able to say yes to it.

So I’ve made the decision to reduce my session prices:

✨ Distance Reiki Healing — $100 (60 mins)

Nothing about the sessions has changed.
The way I hold the space, the care, the intention — that remains the same.

This is simply about opening the door a little wider.
