🌙 NEW YEAR’S EVE — RELEASE & RESET

What’s your plan for New Year’s Eve?

As we arrive at the end of the year, I’ve been feeling such a clear pull toward release and cleansing — letting the body, the heart, and the energetic field finally put some things down.

Today, instead of pushing intentions or forcing clarity, I’ll be:

✨ doing a simple energetic cleanse
✨ pulling a few cards for guidance
✨ journalling what I’ve released this year
✨ noticing what is quietly integrating — without rushing it, just sitting in this liminal space

There’s something powerful about acknowledging what has already shifted… instead of always chasing the next thing. And there are so many ways to do that:

🕯 light a candle
🖊 write what you’re ready to leave behind — and what you learned
🌿 breathe it out of your system
💜 thank yourself for how far you’ve come

No pressure.
No big rituals.
Just presence.

And because so many of us are feeling this same need to land, on January 2nd we’ll gather for a Free Grounding + Reset Session — a gentle space to regulate the nervous system after the holidays, close energetic loops, and step into the year ahead with steadiness rather than urgency.

But for now… let the year soften.
Let your body exhale.
