Our services include Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, Sports Injuries, Stability & Core Work and Postural Advice. The clinic was started by Dr Kaine Bridgeford. Kaine has worked at Chirosports in Sydney, the International Institute of Chiropractic in Lima Peru, and worked with a Canadian athlete at the Beijing Olympic Games. The chiropractic techniques Kaine utilises involve Diversified, Activator, some Gonstead and TPT (drop piece). He has also studied Acupuncture and commonly utilises this along with massage to alleviate muscle tension and pain. He also believes strongly in the rehabilitation of weakened or injured joints with strengthening and stabilisation. This has shown to give longer lasting results and less chance of the joint being reinjured. At Body Mechanics, we believe in a providing a holistic approach to treating problems and utilise a combination of treatments to address the root of a problem. This provides both short term and long term benefits to you and your body.
