As 2025 comes to an end, I give thanks first and foremost to God, and to each and every one of my incredible clients. This year I was blessed to provide 916 massages, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me and for allowing me to care for your bodies and wellbeing.

But Christmas lifts our eyes beyond politics and headlines. It reminds us that our hope is not found in governments or inquiries, but in Christ Himself, and that His light is still at work in the world today.

My prayer this Christmas is that you know His peace and hope, that you find true rest in Him, and that He gives you strength for the year ahead.

I look forward to 2026, believing it will be a year of continued healing, restoration, and achieving health goals together.

I will be taking a short Christmas break and will be back on Monday, 12th January.

Who loves a session with Cupping??Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The cups can be made of various materials such as glass, bamboo, silicone, or earthenware. Here’s how cupping therapy works and its potential benefits:

# # # How Cupping Works:
1. **Preparation**: The practitioner applies a flammable substance (such as alcohol or a cotton ball soaked in alcohol) to the inside of the cup and sets it on fire. When the fire goes out, the cup is immediately placed on the skin. Some practitioners may use suction cups that do not require fire.

2. **Suction**: As the cup is placed on the skin, the air inside cools and creates a vacuum, causing the skin to be drawn up into the cup. This suction effect increases blood circulation in the area.

3. **Placement**: Cups are usually left on the skin for a few minutes. They can be placed on different areas of the body depending on the issue being treated.

Who is feeling the cold 🥶? Nothing beats a massage to fix those tight muscles. Through constant contraction of muscles when we are cold and shivering leaves the muscles tight and exhausted, causing mis alignment and you are at greater risk of injury. A massage is a great way to relax the body whilst fixing tight under tension muscles.
