Are you having leg cramps in the night?

What’s causing Leg cramps?
Most common causes of leg cramps come from lack of magnesium, accumulation of lactic acid, standing too much, low metabolism, lack of exercise.

Best way to relieve leg cramps is magnesium oil directly applying to cramping muscles in my experience.
Also having epsom salt bath and having massage to get blood flow is effective 👍
