Myofascial therapy with cupping!

Myofascial therapy works on the body’s connective tissue, the fascia, which wraps around every muscle, nerve, and vessel. When it becomes tight or sticky, it can restrict movement, circulation, and even lymphatic flow.

By combining myofascial cupping and manual fascial release, we’re able to:

• reduce swelling (especially in ankles and legs)
• relieve that heavy, tight feeling
