A holistic approach to fitness, health and well being. A session is recommended 2-3 times a week.

Experienced trainer Alex Bastianon works with you individually to achieve your goals using a range of techniques suited to your needs. Wether you are dealing with a health issue, recovering from an injury or just need encouragement, Alex can design a training program to get you on track and keep you there. Intensity can also offer small group sessions incorporating various, fun training styles such as kickboxing, basic gymnastics, high intensity functional movements, flexibility and core strength. TRAIN: An individual training session usually goes for 30mins - 1hr, according to your needs and preference and a small class session will normally go for 45 mins - 1 hour. HEAL: Alex has a hollistic approach to health and so he can offer different healing techniques. Offering services such as remedial massage, trigger point therapy, magnesium treatments and paleo information sessions allow for an alternative approach to healing the body. GROW: Alex offers information sessions which usually go for an hour, allowing you to completely understand why and how this alternative diet/lifestyle can benefit you.

Guys, this is a gamechanger for anyone battling chronic pain.

It has helped me immensely from knee pain and Achilles tendinopathy.
