Hello my loves!! 😍 I'm sure you may have noticed I've been fairly absent from the socials and I have come to an agonising decision to take a sabbatical from teaching yoga and am closing The Blissful Canary!

I had Covid last December and since then I have had struggle after struggle with my health and so I have decided to focus on regaining my strength and stamina without anything extra on plate.

I have loved every second of being able to show the world that it truly does not matter what size, shape, colour ,persuasion or ANYTHING you are. You CAN do anything and you are the most beautiful unique soul who deserves to be here, deserves to shine and experience everything your heart desires!!

Thank you yo everyone who has supported me, lifted me up and been there for this incredible journey!!! 😍😘

It's good bye for now and maybe hold a place for me for future yoga endeavours once I've cleared this particular life hurdle!! 😍🥰

😍 How would that change your perception of yourself??

😊😊 what if you learned to look at yourself the way my dog looks at me and his dad? Pure, unbridled, unapologetic (do**us) LOVE!!

🦜🦜 YOU are worth loving ..... YOU are worth the world.... YOU are an expression of the universe, unique, beautiful and radiant!!!

Just a quick covid update.....

Classes up to and inc Tuesday cancelled at the.moment. still sick, still feeling weak and exhausted but on the mend!! Def do NOT want to pass this on as apparently everyone is getting it!!!

XMAS HRS

TBC will only be closed from 25th Dec - 30 Dec so this little black duck can have a break!!!

Resto WILL be on 24th Dec if U need some peace in the middle of the silly season!!
