1. Antibiotics are made primarily of MOLD and can contribute to long-term health issues. Don't overuse. Save for when absolutely necessary.
2. Synthetic fragrances can disrupt your hormone balance. Perfumes, body sprays, and air fresheners are not helpful to lung health.
3. Supplementation is important. Junk synthetics are dangerous.
4. GMOs aren’t healthy for humans or the environment
5. The optimal diet is the one that makes YOU feel the strongest; figure out what that is. There is no one diet that s best for everyone.
6. Raw dairy is superior to pasteurized for so many reasons
7. Having babies at home can be the best option for some women.
8. " Injections " are not one sized fit all.
9. Salad dressings and condiments are often made with GMO soy or cottonseed oils, and DIY options are easy, tastier, and healthier
10. Co-sleeping is safe and beneficial for most moms and babies, and reduces sleep deprivation and increases breastfeeding rates. Bodies heal when sleeping.
11. Many ear infections are viral, and/or will clear up without antibiotics (and many natural remedies work)
12. Children need more time outside. Homeschooling is a good option for freedom seekers.
13. Magnesium matters to 300 body functions, especially sleep, detox, hormone balance, and blood sugar regulation, and you probably don’t get enough
14. Vitamin D is still controversial , but you definitely need sun
15. Herbs, oils, and natural remedies aren’t “messing around,” and there is plenty of research and history to support their use, even for big needs

21. Ibuprofen doesn't take away pain. It masks it and makes it hard to determine root cause.
