We are Herbalife Independent Distributors and we have been using the products every day for over 20 years. We run Free Online Weight Loss challenges to help people lose weight. Our Herbalife business is open at our normal hours from our Rochedale South home. We also can post the Herbalife products to you if you don't want to travel. We take all health precautions and our Free Body Scans can be done with social distancing. We have plenty of the Herbalife products in stock including the Formula 1 shake, aloe vera drink, herbal beverage plus all the Herbalife programs. We use the products every day. We love helping people to achieve their weight loss and health goals. We give our clients lots of customer care and follow up. We have plenty of stock on hand including the new Tri Blend Vegan protein the Iced Coffee protein drinks and the newest Collagen drink. If we don't have the products you want they can be here within 24 to 48 hours. We are also looking for people who are interested in health and nutrition and wanting to earn some extra income from home. We really want to hear from you.

Quite often at this time of year you are invited to a function where you are required to bring a plate. Here is a yummy but also healthy idea----Adorable Healthy Strawberry Santas!
If you have to "take a plate" to a Christmas function, you can take something yummy but also healthy! Everyone will appreciate these little guys
To make these Strawberry Santas you will, of course, need strawberries, as well as banana, ricotta cheese (or something else for the beard: cottage cheese, cream cheese, coconut yoghurt), and a black gel icing to create the eyes.
To assemble each Santa: slice of strawberry on the bottom, ricotta and banana, then the rest of the strawberry on the top like a hat. Use edible gel icing for the eyes.

Are you looking for some healthy snack / meal ideas ???
Non-processed foods are essential for good health! I am sure you have heard it said “you are what you eat….we say you are what you absorb from what you eat”
Unfortunately soils today are often depleteed of some essential nutrients that our body requires for good health.

OMG! Good all day then eating like a mad person from 5pm onwards? There is an answer!
If you find that you get home from work and just eat your way through the evening, it might be that you're not scheduling your meals evenly and therefore not eating enough earlier in the day.
Waiting too long before your next meal can cause you to become “hangry” and more likely to binge. Set up regularly scheduled meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugars level and prevent ravenous hunger in the evening.
If you need a snack between meals, try keeping it to 150 calories and include protein plus either carbs or fat.
