I’d like to introduce Rhapsody and Ethan they are siblings and their goal is too get more active and learn some independent life skills. They’ve already been smashing the gym twice a week, we went to Asn and got them a protein shake to have after each session 💪 and we will start doing some more cooking lessons as well 👩‍🍳🌸 so pleased to have you both 🥰

It’s been a while since the last post, this was last weekend our little friend had a sleepover. Zahli also joined us for the day also 🤗 we started the morning off with some activities at home, then we all wanted to get out in nature so we decided to have a play at Mount Archer. We then went for a afternoon swim then ended the day at the playground for dinner and a play 🥰

Miss Tamika who I’ve now known for nearly 2 years, one of her main goals was too start going to gym to get more active and healthy. The only problem was she let her fear get in the way, we have now smashed that goal and we’ve started at the gym every second Friday. So proud of you, Tamika ❤️🥰

Well didn’t we just have the biggest day today, we went to Timezone this morning for our little friends siblings birthday party, then we spent the afternoon in our happy place - the beach. Lots of fun running around and getting in the water, the weather is just perfect for a beach day 🌸🌊☀️
