✨ Wow, where did August go? September what? ✨I’ve been immersing myself in nature, learning new modalities with passion, and gently flowing through my holistic counselling studies.I also spent a few hours at the Quantum Healing Centre in Noosa ✨—filling my cup with high vibrational frequencies and returning to myself replenished and renewed.Much of my time has been spent holding space for others—through deep conversations, voice notes, and messages—offering the connection and confirmation we are all needing as more revelations come to light.Though the outer world may appear chaotic, when we remain calm, balanced, and connected to the heartbeat of our beautiful Earth, we find our peace.✨ More being, less doing.✨ Life is a song—let yours sing. You have the power to Transmute Pain into Power ✨

As part of my Holistic Counselling training, I’ve been sitting with a deep and beautiful truth: so many of us carry past hurts far longer than we need to.

Right now, I’m working through an exercise that invites us to choose an incident of conflict or pain and bring true healing and closure to it. It’s powerful work—because when we finally turn towards the memory with awareness, we realise something profound:

💛 We are not trapped in what happened.
💛 We are not defined by the pain.
💛 We hold the power, right now, to change the emotional imprint and transmute the experience into wisdom.

In conversations with others, I’ve noticed how common it is to hold onto old wounds. Many people carry these stories for years, not realising they have the ability to heal them now and free themselves from the weight.

This isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about meeting it with compassion, feeling what’s been stored in the body, and transforming what was once a painful memory into a lesson of strength and love.

🙌The moment you choose to heal, you begin to rewrite your story. 🙌
