Yoga From The Heart with Elaine Yoga & Meditation have long been my passion , Ive had my own personal practice for over 30 years.

I completed my teacher training with BSY in 2000 and have been running classes,workshops & retreats ever since with a focus on womens wellbeing

In 2007 i attended the Gawler Foundation meditation teacher training and obtained certification to teach meditation. This form of meditation being a favourite of mine for its simplicity and effectiveness

I also love to Attune people to Reiki. I love the gentle non invasive hands on healing technique
Reiki healing appointments and Reiki Attunement are regularly offered throughout the year

Reiki came into my life 35 years ago for my own healing. Eventually I became s Reiki teacher to be able to share this wonderful modality with others

I love to observe the positive changes in people whether it be from yoga, meditation or reiki or a combination of all of them

In 2011 i was invited to teach workshops for ABFE in the Yeppoon/Rockhampton area which i have embraced with gratitude I love to observe the positive changes in people whether it be from Yoga & Meditation or Reiki or a combination them
