“Hanging Out in the Land of Bro Energy”

Now that my “Beyond Burnout” program is running beautifully on autopilot - everything’s humming along nicely without me needing to hover. So, I thought I’d dip my toes into something a little different for a little while (not sure how long it will last) - the world of masculine energy - can't have me with idle hands!

Let’s just say… it’s been a trip...

The “just do something, anything” hustle world is alive and well, and I’ve found myself surrounded by the “Bro/BBC (Billionaire Boys Club)” little groups online, all flexing their cars, condos, and egos. Bless ‘em 😂

But it got me thinking - maybe I could use a little bit of that “get-it-done” vibe to finish something I started a while ago in between things. So I did!

Do yourself a favor…
Stop being available to people every time they call, text, or need something.

The more you make yourself available to everyone, the more people start to expect it, and eventually, they stop appreciating it. They begin to assume you’ll always be there, no matter how drained you are, no matter how busy you might be, no matter how much it costs you internally.

But here’s the truth:
Setting boundaries is not selfish.
Saying “no” is not rude.
