Apt words for both Bowen Therapy and the start of 2024.

Challenges are catalysts for change.

The minimal, light touch moves of Bowen therapy, “challenge" soft tissue, sending neurological signals (via various physiological pathways, including the spinal reflex) to the body to relax and repair.
