Santosha Yoga with Amanda

Gentle yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation suitable for everyone. Santosha (pronounced san-toe-sha) is a Sanskrit word for contentment.

It is a beautiful reminder to recognise and accept the continuously changing moments in life, including both the pleasant and unpleasant. Thus, the goal of my practice is to... find inner peace in a chaotic world with yoga.
