🎪Our Mighty Movers had a circus adventure these school holidays in both Rockhampton & Yeppoon! We had so much fun with a bunch of activities to develop our gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, speed, strength and flexibility:
🤸‍♂️Circus Yoga
🎯 Cornhole
🌈 Parachute Dancing
🔥Ring of Fire
🍿Popcorn + Spoon Races
And to top it all off, we got to make new friends and develop social skills and teamwork skills. Lots of giggles, lots of movement, and plenty of opportunities to build those all-important gross motor skills!

Our “Food Friends” have been busy these school holidays learning, exploring and preparing food with the support of our wonderful therapy assistant Clare.
They’ve been busy building confidence and showing a lot of bravery while having the best time with new friends! 🍴

Allsorts regularly runs group programs during the school holidays, so keep an eye out for future sessions if you’d like your child to be involved!

Our very first LEGO®-Based Therapy holiday sessions were a huge success in our Yeppoon clinic!

From teamwork to turn-taking, our Lego Legends worked together, communicated, and had a blast while building some incredible creations. 🤝💬🧠🧱

We're so proud of the progress made and can’t wait to keep the momentum going with our sessions in Rockhampton next week.

Plus, we’re looking forward to running Lego Legends again in future school holidays so keep your eyes out for updates!

Yesterday, one of our Directors and Speech Pathologists Lucy Mitford had the pleasure of joining Dr Clancy Conlon to present ‘AAC Feature Matching: an Interactive Workshop’, guiding speech pathologists through practical ways to support people who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and confidently select suitable communication systems to meet their needs.
