Do you grind your teeth or clench your jaw?
Doing so can cause ongoing neck and shoulder tension, that can in turn lead to headaches and pain.
You can take some of the pressure off your jaw and avoid some of the tension by using silicone chewables when you feel the need for deep oral pressure. Another option is ensuring you eat lots of oral stimulating foods, like crunchy (carrot, apple, nuts) and chewy (roll-ups, sultanas and other dried fruits).
By taking the pressure off your jaw, you may experience a decrease in neck and shoulder tension!

Just made up a new batch of magnesium spray using black bottles, instead of the previous clear bottles. I am not sure how I feel about them! It was harder to fill them up without spilling a bit and I don't know if I like that I won't be able to see how much is left in the bottle...
