If you create, craft, design or make products, this is your chance to showcase your work, share your culture and connect with community at the Rock NAIDOC Expo.

We’re inviting stallholders to come along, set up and sell your work while being part of one of our biggest community events.

3,307 push-ups. 24 days. One life-changing cause. 💪✨

We are so excited to announce that headspace Rockhampton is a beneficiary of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge!

From June 5th – 28th, we’re challenging YOU to complete 3,307 push-ups or alternative exercises over 24 days: representing the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024. It’s a powerful way to get fit, learn about the impact of mental health, and make a real difference in our community.

How you can help:
When you sign up, you can choose to fundraise for a beneficiary. By selecting headspace Rockhampton, every dollar you raise stays right here in our backyard, funding local programs that support our young people.

Looking for a supportive, safe space where your young person can connect with others? 💛

Our social groups at headspace Rockhampton are designed for young people aged 12–25 to build friendships, grow confidence, and feel a sense of belonging in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

These groups are open to all young people; they don’t need to be a current headspace client to attend. Sessions are facilitated by a headspace peer worker and focus on connection, shared activities, and authentic social experiences.
*Please note these are not therapeutic groups.

We are looking for passionate young people (ages 16–25) to join our headspace Youth Crew. This is a fantastic opportunity for your teen or young adult to build leadership skills, gain confidence, and ensure our local services truly meet the needs of young people in our community.

Why encourage them to join?
✅ Develop real-world skills for their resume.
✅ Connect with a supportive, like-minded community.
✅ Have a direct say in local mental health projects and events.

Social Groups are BACK for Term 2 - and today we're kicking off with an all new group "Make Space" !!

If you're into crafting and construction, then this is the group for you! Learn new skills, test your creativity, and meet like-minded peers in a quiet, calm and airconditioned space.

All of our social groups at headspace Rockhampton are absolutely FREE and open to all young people aged 12-25 - you don't have to be a current client to attend.

Tomorrow is the day! We are taking over Kershaw Gardens for the Touch Grass Youth Festival, and you don’t want to miss it.

This festival has been designed for young people, by young people, making sure the vibes are exactly what you need to kick off the tail end of the holidays. Whether you're looking for high energy or a place to hang out, we’ve got you covered.
