Access Recreation is seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated NDIS Scheduler (Rostering Clerk) to join our team in Rockhampton.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery to our clients. You will work closely with support workers, clients, families, and internal teams to ensure schedules align with individual needs and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and update staff rosters
Liaise with support workers and clients regarding scheduling changes
Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS and organisational requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with day-to-day coordination and problem-solving within the rostering team
About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination (or the ability to learn quickly)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the NDIS or disability/aged care sector (highly regarded)
