Whether you’re a baby witch, new to the craft or simply curious, this workshop is designed to guide you on your path.
You’ll learn the key differences between Wicca, Witchcraft and Paganism, while gaining practical tools and insights to start your own spiritual journey.
During this workshop you’ll:
*Dispel myths about Wicca, Witchcraft and Pagan practices. *Discover the core beliefs of each path and how they connect with nature and divine energy.
*Learn which herbs are essential to have on hand.
*Explore moon rituals and their power during different phases. *Understand how crystals can enhance your energy work and rituals.
*Learn how to celebrate seasonal Sabbats and integrate natural cycles into your practice.
*Receive a take home mini starter kit of herbs/resins/crystals .
This workshop will help you understand these differences while offering simple, accessible ways to integrate their practices into your daily life. Join us for an inclusive, supportive environment where you’ll be accepted, heard and encouraged to grow among like-minded individuals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will empower you with knowledge, clarity and spiritual tools for your journey.

Reiki treatments involves the placement of your hands gently on your own body or the other persons body in a passive way, during which the Reiki energy is channelled to yourself or to the other person. Reiki energy works through clothing, bandages, plaster casts etc, so consequently normal clothing may be worn during Reiki treatments. Reiki is not a form of massage. Reiki is an intelligent force that connects you to your inner power, consciousness and senses only to the point that you are ready for. This Universal Energy is an intelligent consciousness that knows exactly what you need to transform your life. It knows your potential and greatness, and will clear all that is standing in your way. Remember, this energy created you therefore it is completely safe, natural and complimentary. The truth is that this creative energy is already within you, so during this journey remember this. It's a Vibe and It's energy is here! SoulVE Gong Baths facilitated by Helen. Gong sound takes you to a mind space of inactive meditation. "Bathing" in vibrations of sound, potentially self healing on a cellular level.

Gong sound baths are immersive sound therapy sessions using gongs to create deep, resonant vibrations that promote relaxation, stress relief and inner balance. Helen will play her gongs, creating layers of complex tones and frequencies that wash over participants. These sounds are felt as much as they’re heard, often creating a full-body experience as the vibrations flow through and around the body, promoting a meditative, trance-like state.

The process involves lying down in a comfortable, quiet space while the gongs are played continuously. The sound waves interact with the body's cells, energetic fields and even brainwaves, promoting a shift from a beta (alert) state into slower alpha and theta brainwave states, which are associated with deep relaxation, meditation and creative insight. The sound frequencies can help release mental, physical and emotional blockages, encourage cellular healing and bring about a sense of peace.

Participants in a gong bath may experience a range of sensations, from deep calm to physical or emotional releases, depending on what they need to process. Gongs are known for their powerful, primal sound, which can bring up subconscious thoughts or release stored tension. This form of sound healing works similarly to your own healing sessions in that it uses vibration and frequency to facilitate shifts in energy and consciousness, helping participants feel "retuned" afterward.
