Another fun filled res school completed at the uni over the weekend. I got to pass my knowledge on for things like functional assessments 💃🕺, taking manual blood pressures 👩‍⚕️, sub Vo2max testing 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️, cardiorespiratory exercise prescription 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ and heart rate monitoring 📈📉 back to the clinic for the rest of the week now!

That's a wrap for these 2 days of res school. Must of done something right as I will be back out on the weekend with a different res school educating on exercise prescription and assessments.

I was lucky enough to be using these fancy bits of equipment over the last 2 days. The first was for submax testing and the other is for maximal testing. Please note I pointed out that we were required to have spew bags on hand incase the students pushed themselves too far... We had one... 🤢🤢🤢

Something different this week. Having a few days out of the clinic to help with a residential school at the Uni. Hopefully will impart some knowledge of Ex Phy's onto the new gen of health care. 🤔
