Hi, Yen here (not Zenâeasy mix-up!)
Iâm your local remedial massage therapist based in Park Avenue, Rockhampton.
A little about meâ
I first learned massage back in 2009 in Taiwan to help care for my father after he had a stroke. At the time, I wasnât into exercise at all⊠but that changed in 2018. These days, youâll find me lifting weights, doing functional training, or running with the local run club.
So yes, I know musclesâhow they work, how they get sore, and what helps them recover and stay strong.
At Zen & Peace Remedial Massage, every treatment is tailored to youâyour body, your health, your needs. I take the time to listen, and I always work with professionalism, respect, and care. No stress, no judgmentâjust a calm, supportive space for your healing.

As a small business, I like to keep everything easy but professional.
Iâve been in this industry since 2009, and Iâve called Rockhampton home since 2010. (Yes, Iâve lived through floods, cyclones, bushfiresâand stuck it out through COVID too.)
