Learn Mikao Usui Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

2024 I was lucky enough to go and visit Mikao Usui gravestone in Tokyo. It was extremely powerful experience and one of the many highlights from our Japan trip.

As a qualified Reiki Master with over 5 years of experience, I’m excited to teach you this simple yet powerful technique that can bring balance and tranquility into your life. Reiki is not traditionally taught in the usual way, but rather passed on through a special process called "attunement" during a Reiki class. This attunement, facilitated by a Reiki Master, enables you to access an unlimited flow of "life force energy" that can improve health and enhance the overall quality of your life.

Reiki can be learned by anyone—its practice is not limited by intellectual capacity or spiritual development. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion and has no dogma. There’s nothing you need to believe in to learn or practice Reiki. It works regardless of whether you believe in it or not.
