I can’t afford to get sick…

To put it simply, I just can’t. It’s wedding season, the salon is booked weeks in advance & we’ve got a busy sports schedule ahead of us.

I feel as though everyone is talking about sickness & I’m out here trying to stay above it this winter.

Diffusing is the easiest form for me, everyone in the salon or house benefits + all those little droplets cleanse the air.

Today I’m diffusing Thieves + Eucalyptus 🍃
Some other winter blends we are loving are;
- Thieves + Lemon
- Peppermint, Lemon + Lavender
- Thieves + Cedarwood
- Thieves + Frankincense (thanks Heidi Torr)
You could try putting some of the soles of your feet, making a balm and putting it on your chest.

Diffuse to cleanse the air in your home, not just add a scent.

Over a lifetime more than half our bodies air intake is inhaled at home, studies are showing indoor air quality is much worse than outdoors.

Burning a candle has the same negative effects of second hand smoke & air fresheners contain phylates which mimic naturally occurring hormones in our bodies wrecking havoc on our endocrine / reproductive system.

Valor on the soles of your feet always helps a good nights sleep as well.

What comes after a beach ☀️ holiday? Sunkissed skin 🤦🏽‍♀️

Where are all my vision board manifesting people?!

Speaking to a few good friends, I’m always in amazement at the power of their vision boards & what comes to life.

Being a new year I decided to refresh mine from May & a few things really surprised me that have evolved. So I get it now, they work but I/we need your tips what helps to manifest these vision boards to life.

P.s Yes Emma I finally did a vision board (it was only on my phone) but man did it surprise me.
