I recently had the honour of creating a personalised ritual for a lovely lady who had been experiencing a run of difficult energy, bad luck and lingering negativity around her. Sometimes life can feel heavy and when that happens it can help to consciously reset the energy around us.

This ritual was carefully prepared with the intention of release and renewal — clearing away stagnant or disruptive energy while inviting in protection, balance and positive flow once again.

The focus of this work centred on:
• Protection — creating a shield against further negativity
• Cleansing — releasing lingering energetic weight
• Grounding & Stability — restoring a sense of balance and strength
• Health & Vitality — supporting overall wellbeing
• Harmony — inviting peace and gentle alignment back into daily life

Each ritual is unique and created with thoughtful intention, drawing on traditional practices, herbs, crystals and energetic work to support the individual’s needs and circumstances.
