End of an Era for YOGALA and a Big Move...to Online Classes
The time has come to end our YOGALA classes.
We've loved coming together Wednesday nights with a backdrop of the beautiful Gala Gallery space.
I have loved seeing you each week, meeting new people and watching the group connect.
I would like to thank Tracey, Gallery Director Gala Gallery (and Marketing Mafia) for generously hosting us. Thank you for providing this space for us to create such wonderful things.
Wednesday 29 June, 6pm will be our final class.

It will be an hour Yoga Nidra - Yogic Sleep.
Bring a blanket, pillow and eye pillow if you have one.
If you would like to join dinner too, just let me know and I will pass on numbers to the Thai restaurant.
Weekly Online Class
We have the opportunity to continue weekly, 6pm Wednesday classes online.
