Progress isn’t about big breakthroughs in a session — it’s about what happens between them.

The real growth? It shows up in everyday moments.
At the breakfast table.
In the school run chaos.
In the middle of that tricky bedtime.

That’s where practice happens — and that’s where progress sticks.

The Nurturing Neurodivergence Learning Loft is designed to support that kind of progress — step-by-step, in real life, with tools you can actually use.

If I could go back, I’d tell myself that it’s not about getting it “right” all the time.

I’d say: Pay attention to the little moments — the ones that tell you it’s working in ways you didn’t expect.

Like hearing your child gently offer a sibling space when feelings are big.
Like noticing your own words — the calm, patient, loving ones — coming out of their mouth when they’re trying to support someone else.

Those moments have stopped me in my tracks.
They’ve reminded me that even when things feel messy, this work matters.

I’d tell myself:
Regulation takes time. Growth is slow. But it’s happening.

And that’s exactly what the Loft is built for — not quick fixes, but real support for the long game of raising and loving neurodivergent kids.

Parenting neurodivergent kids and living with farm animals means anything can happen.

I’m not really a fan of chickens, but my kids love them. Which somehow means they end up in the house more often than I’d like. 🐔

So there I was, chatting to a friend, when a chicken casually strolled into my bedroom.

Life’s full of these moments lately — unpredictable, a bit ridiculous… and somehow, this is just the rhythm of our days now.

Life in a neurodivergent household can be beautifully unpredictable — the Loft offers support that meets you where you are, and makes room for the way your family really works.

There are some conversations I keep having with parents—because they matter. Because they help.

But the truth is, parenting neurodivergent kids is complex, and there’s rarely a simple, one-size-fits-all answer. It comes with unique challenges, and having the right tools when you need them makes all the difference.

That’s why I created Nurturing Neurodivergence Learning Loft (NNLL)—a space where parents can access the strategies, insights, and support I wish I could fit into every session.

It’s practical. It’s accessible. And it’s built from years of experience—both as a psychologist and a parent—helping families navigate these challenges.

What if the parenting support you’ve been craving actually existed — and it truly felt like it was made for your family?

Support that honours your lived experience.
Strategies shaped by what actually works — not what looks good on a checklist.

Just honest, practical tools to help you respond with confidence — even on the hard days.

I created the Nurturing Neurodivergence Learning Loft (NNLL) because there were so many things I wished I could fit into sessions… or that come up again and again in my work with parents… or that have made a real difference in my own home.

It’s a practical, powerful package — shaped by my experience as a psychologist and a mum to neurodivergent kids. Grounded in what works. Backed by lived experience. Created to help you feel supported and equipped.

🧡 Doors are opening soon.

Ever tried reasoning with your child mid-meltdown — only to feel like nothing’s getting through?

There’s a reason for that.

When our kids are escalated, their brain is in full survival mode.

In that moment, they’re not thinking clearly or planning their next steps — they’re just reacting.

If you’ve ever wondered what’s really going on for our kids in those intense moments — and how we can be there for them in a way that feels supportive — I’ve put together a short video where I explain it using a simple analogy that you might find helpful.
