Breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting women¹, but with early detection, it can often be treated successfully.

This month, we’re shining a light on the importance of:
🎀 Regular self-checks
🎀 Knowing the signs and symptoms
🎀 Routine screenings and mammograms
🎀 Speaking to your GP if anything feels unusual

👩‍⚕️ Your health is worth prioritising. Being proactive with your breast health is an act of self-care, and can be life-saving.

If you’ve noticed changes in your breasts, have a family history of breast cancer, or simply want to know more about screening and prevention, speak to your GP.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re shining a light on something many experience, but not everyone talks about.

🧠 1 in 5 Australians aged 16–85 have lived with a mental health condition.¹ That’s millions of people, friends, family, colleagues, you or me.

If you're finding things tough right now, please remember:
You're not failing. You're feeling, and that’s human.

You don’t have to go through it alone.
✨ Speaking up can open doors to healing.
✨ Asking for help is brave, not weak.
✨ Support is out there and it can make a real difference.

If you or someone you know needs support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.

🎀 “It doesn’t run in my family, so I’m not at risk…”

Let’s talk about why that’s a myth. 👇
Myth: “Breast cancer only happens if it runs in your family.”
Fact: Most people diagnosed have no family history.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, which is why regular self-checks and early detection are key.

✔️ Know your normal
✔️ Look for changes

Think you can get pregnant any day of your cycle? Not quite, and you're not alone in thinking that!
Let’s clear it up 👇

The fertile window is the short time in your cycle when pregnancy can happen, and it’s only around six days long. That means you can only get pregnant during this window, though the exact days can vary cycle to cycle.

Understanding your fertile window can support:
✨ Pregnancy planning
✨ Natural contraception methods
✨ Cycle awareness

Knowledge is power when it comes to your body. 💗

Speak to your local pharmacist for advice in-store today.

Have you done your breast self-check this month?🎀

Knowing what’s normal for your body is key, as early detection starts with you. 💗

Some symptoms to look out for¹:
• A lump or swelling in your breast or underarm
• Changes in shape or size
• Skin dimpling or irritation
• Unusual or ongoing breast pain
• An indent

Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits, and up to your collarbone. If something doesn’t feel right, see your GP. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s always best to check.
