Brenda's Lifewave wins!
HERE ARE SOME OF THE CHANGES I HAVE PERSONALLY HAD IN JUST 6 MONTHS:
All in all, These changes do show that the Lifewave products really do reverse ageing.
I have always considered that if a product changes those things we can see, like hair, nails and skin then they will also be doing good on the inside:
Sleep:
Falling asleep faster, like I did when I was younger.
Better quality of sleep,sleeping deeper/sounder.
Hair:
1. My hair is in better condition.
2. Less hair is falling out. Hair fall out has always happened for me and it has not been a problem for me, my hair remains quite thick. My think is that it will probably grow to longer lengths before it falls out. But for anyone with a hair thinning problem this benefit would be a help.
3. Early 2019 I decided to stop dying and let it go grey, and I liked it. Not long after having it cut so it was all grey when I found LifeWave.
After about 6 week using X 39, I noticed my hair was getting darker, or was it my imagination?
So I took a photo and thought I’d take another in a few weeks and see if there would be a noticeable change. WOW! … Only two weeks later I was sure it was even darker so I took a comparison photo and sure enough it was darker. Then I took another pic about two weeks later and it was darker still! (All photos were taken with the exact same lighting)
Nails:
My nails are much stronger and have grown longer as a result. Previously I’d not been able to grow them long due to them been weak and breaking.
Skin:
Oh My, Big improvement in my skin. My complexion has greatly improved. I had been getting patchy dry blemishes for about a year previous to starting X 39.
I’ve enjoyed looking younger but a few months before finding LifeWave I started to realise that I was loosing at the I still look youthful game.
The patches have given my back a few years. I even started to notice I was looking different, then realised I was looking younger.
I’ve had quite a few comments on how well I’m looking and how well my skin looks, and it’s not just on my face. When I look at my hands arms and legs there is also a definite tightening and improved condition of my skin.
I’d also noticed a photo taken of me earlier this year, in a skirt showing my knees. When I saw this photo I decided it was time for me to only wear longer skirts. I was getting those podgy kind of knees older women get.
Oh my goodness, ageing was getting me!!!!!!!
BUT, I recently bought a shorter skirt and my legs now look younger!
Teeth/Gums:
I had some gaps showing between my teeth due to my gums receding a bit. The receding has now reversed and the gaps are no more or much reduced: healthier gums.
AND my teeth are much whiter. And some ‘marks’ are significantly less in colour. One dentist told me that a small round orange yellowish mark was like a birth mark on one tooth, It’s been there as long as I remember, now it’s hardly noticeable. ’Ive been meaning to whiten my teeth for ages and not getting round to it, now I don’t need to!!
Back/Spine:
I feel to be sitting and standing straighter. My spin feels stronger.
I noticed a little old lady stooped forward. I realised that this condition is a sign of a body getting older and that it happens very slowly.
I had not thought that I had any kind of the slightest stoop, but realise that I could have been at the very start of such a condition, simply by feeling the improvement of a stronger straighter back and spine!
Breathing:
When I’m relaxed I notice that I am naturally breathing deeper. This can only be an improvement in getting oxygen into my lungs.
Energy:
I have had an improvement in my energy levels.
This was the main reason and problem I have wanted to solve and why I started on LifeWave.
I have had an energy problem since I had shingles about 5 years ago.
This is not fully solved yet. All improvements I have had since having shingles has been very slow.
I have defiantly had better energy levels and I have had more 'good days' since using the patches. This is still improving.

I’m so not interested in plastic surgery or any kind of chemical intervention. Partly because I’m a Nature lover, and partly because they only address a local area.
