Excuses usually come from a place of fear.

In life you will always have decisions to make but it will always be your choice to create results for yourself or to make excuses.

When we constantly make excuses as to why we can't do something it usually comes from a place of fear.

Fear of loss, fear of lack, fear of hardship, fear of pain of some sort.

To get results you've never gotten you must be willing to try something that you have never done or tried. To progress you must get out of your comfort zone.

To be able to do this your why has to be bigger than your excuses. Your why is the strong reason that you want what you want. It is not what you desire it is the feeling deep within you that tells you why you are here and what you need to do.

You can think your way past the fear, analyzing why you reacted a certain way and hope that it shifts or you could quickly work energetically within your layered energetic system and release it. This will allow you to make better decisions for yourself, your health or your business and it is from a place of stillness and not reacting from a place of fear.

Don't continue to tell yourself why you can't do something, tell yourself how can I achieve it.

What simple pleasures fill your mind? That beckon you to remember of those times when you allowed the inner you to shine.

When you spoke your truth and filled your senses with the delights on offer around you, tasting life with delight and pure joy.

Those moments of feeling your body come alive when you chased an imaginary friend across the way, humming a tune that spoke only to you and of you.

What has become of you my friend? When did you leave the path that was yours to have, that was given to you so that you could shine your unique light onto others?

Fill your senses once again with the beauty and peace that has been held for you. Your journey is there waiting for you to wrap your arms around it and welcome it home.

For your life is here to bring healing to others and to self. It has not been given for you to believe and be held bound by the words and actions of others.

Open your eyes that have been closed for so long and see beyond what has been and delight in what is to become.

The spoken word holds power. It is energetically connected to the one speaking and the one being spoken to.

When considering the spoken word we must remember to look at our intent, and in doing so accept that the energy, vibration and resonance attached to those words either create, recreate or tear down.

Choose wisely and not in haste.

When God/Source showed me the principles of peiec energy medicine he urged me to live it, apply it daily whenever I felt something unsettle me, whenever something started to overwhelm me, whenever I started to feel anxious.

It wasn't about meditating, it wasn't about feeling the emotion, it wasn't about breath, it was about energetically releasing what was there to be released. Source took my hand and showed me as to how and what needed to be released.

It instantly created space within me allowing me to focus inward instead of focusing on things outside of myself. It calmed whatever was rising, leaving me with a quiet space that I had never felt before.

It became my practice, my form of self care. It saved my life and it changed my world.

I hope that one day you will allow it to change your life as well.

But what peiec does so beautifully is release the emotions, the grudges and fears, the clingings and disappointments of the past that have bound your spirit. Once this happens you will truly start to live.

Be in the In-ness I was told on my journey, as things shifted for me and I experienced deeper and longer periods of peace. "Step deeper when you are able and are asked"...

The In-ness is an experience that transcends the mind. When we experience it, we feel a connection with everything in existence on every level. In other words, when we are ‘at one’ with everything.

It is also the feeling of fullness, vastness, and completion. It is the experience of embodying our true nature, the Self that exists beyond our limited and restricting egos.
