Join me, Sulekha for a fun Yoga session paired with some award-winning beer brewed at Big Rock Brewing and enjoy a lovely Sunday morning finished with a delicious lunch courtesy Wayfarer Kitchen Cartel

The Yoga class itself is a soft gentle practice and is suitable for everyone. A few fun poses to challenge you but overall nothing too serious. There is no compulsion on having a drink while you practice. You can save it for after.

Meet up 1030am
Yoga starts 1045-1145am
Lunch 12pm onwards
What's included aside from Yoga?
~ 1 Big Rock Brewing award-winning Beer OR Wine/soft drink
~ Delicious lunch catered by Wayfarer Kitchen Cartel
What to bring?

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - Starts Thur 07May | 530-630am

A beautiful series of postures practised in the same sequence and order every single class. Connect deeper into your mind to strengthen your body and allow your breath to guide you.
Do not be afraid to trial this style, modifications are available to ease you into this practise. Yes, it is a strong class, which will only make you stronger.

I look forward to sharing this practise with everyone again.
