This weekend I spent time immersed in sound, learning, resting, connecting and growing.

There is something special about being in a space with people who are all there to learn, share and deepen their practice. I left feeling inspired, grounded and so grateful for this path I’m on.

I’m also really excited to share that I completed my Sound Heals Mastery Certification over the weekend. I love learning and deepening my knowledge so I can hold even better spaces for the beautiful people who come to my sessions.

Everyone’s nervous system is different, and what feels calming for one person might not for another.
Learning what helps you come back to calm is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

One thing I always like to remind people is that I don’t “heal” anyone.

The bowls, Reiki and tuning forks aren’t here to fix you.

My role is simply to hold a calm, supportive space where your nervous system can soften… where the mind can slow down… and where your body can do what it already knows how to do.

Heal.

Your body holds so much wisdom. Sometimes it just needs the space to remember.

It’s always an honour to hold that space for the beautiful souls who come to my sessions.
