You may have noticed me trying to sell tickets but the thing is, it's only meant for the women coming tomorrow, trust in the universe, as these women, who don't know each other, have similar paths and backgrounds both needing vision, clarity and forgiveness

Our sound meditation will open the doors for them to settle the noise of the mind, trust the inner voice, because when quiet, soft frequencies and stillness hold you in a safe place, this is where the deeper shifts come and the nervous system feels safe to be guided to your own voice

Yin yoga, soothing sounds to relax your body, mind, spirit...

Followed by a nourishing meal ~

Ayurvedic kitchari, it's kinda like a Dahl. It's super tasty, light on digestion, vegetarian, vegan food.
Time for you to eat, sit around the pool, gardens, lawn area, mingle and take in the crisp fresh air of the Roleystone valley

Lastly a beautiful sound immersion to complete the morning with didgeridoo, gongs, crystal bowls, rain stick and chimes

Time for a sweet treat ~

Prepared dates with almond, almond butter inside dipped in cacao chocolate
