KALM Story
I wish is to help, assist & empower everyone into a better state of health and well-being. in your wellness and relaxation through treatments, healing and wellness products. I’ve been doing this for 10+ years and hold so much gratitude for to every one of you for sharing your story with me, and allowing me to help you along your journey.
Today we’re just too busy. There’s ‘just’ too much on. I know you think “I’ll ‘just’ do this and then I’ll stop and relax” (this is my favourite!) Bu the reality is, you don’t. Stop. There’s always more to do and more to worry about and we’re programmed to believe we should be, do and have it all. The reality is also that if we don’t stop and take care of our mind, body and soul we’ll end up drained and unhappy.
Our bodies are sending us these little messages every day that most of us don’t hear. We’re too busy. Let me help you slow down and listen to those messages through bowen therapy, reiki and other gentle therapies. I’ll help you take little steps (or massive leaps if you like!) toward nourishing your SELF back to better health and happiness.
I also hand make and source crystals, essential oils, diffusers, handmade soy candles & gemstone jewellery, singing bowls and many more beautiful little helpers to help you create your perfect zen-place.
