Remedial massages, deep tissue and infant massage too

Running classes from the Roleystone family centre in Pilates and a mindful movement class suited for all shapes, sizes and abilities. Pilates classes also in Martin location regularly too. Meditation and breathing classes on the timetable soon. All classes can be casually paid or in a package. If you have your own mats that is fantastic as we can not provide them for you. Call or email for all enquiries and bookings!
