When hunching over a computer, your head
may tend to lean forward, which can lead
to poor posture.
The poking chin posture can be caused by sitting too low, a screen set too high or too far, a hunched back, or a combination of all three. One of the leading causes of neck pain is simply bad posture. As we know, poor posture can have a negative impact on more than your confidence. In contrast, good posture minimizes neck pain and can even boost your mood.
The best way to correct your forward head posture is to exercise your neck, have an ergonomic workstation and keep a good neck and back posture at all times.
