To all my family, friends, clients, and students, as the year draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the passing of time. It's a period when we often take stock of the people in our lives and acknowledge that some may no longer be present, for various reasons. For those who are still here, I encourage you to cherish every moment and face each new day with hope and determination. The demands of work and family life can be significant, and in today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. However, it's essential to prioritise our health above all else, as it is the foundation upon which all other aspects of our lives are built. During the Christmas season, I particularly think of those who may be struggling, and I empathise with the challenges they face, having experienced such difficulties personally.
As we look to the new year, I advise against setting overly ambitious resolutions, especially those that can lead to self-criticism if not achieved. Instead, focus on making small, manageable changes that can bring lasting benefits. It's crucial to live in the present, surround yourself with positive influences, and cultivate meaningful relationships. Nurture love and connection, as it is a precious and often fragile thing. As we celebrate and gather, please prioritise road safety, given the increased number of parties and gatherings. In closing, I wish you all a wonderful festive season and a happy, successful 2026. I appreciate your ongoing support of my businesses and look forward to continuing our relationships in the coming year. Much love to you all,
Ms Lu Lu 💖 and Sir Douglas
